Edmonton Wedding Portraits | Hardware Grill

Our Oct 2013 Bride & Groom, Sarah & Ben actually got married at her parents’ home in Edmonton before having their cocktail wedding reception at the Fairmont Hotel MacDonald. We blogged about their wedding back in 2013 but today, we thought we would share the story behind 3 of their Edmonton wedding portraits.

As always, we had agreed with them and their awesome Wedding Planner, Jennifer of Fresh Look Event Management, the locations & times for their Edmonton wedding portraits. Adrian & I had already checked out the locations in advance of the wedding day. However, when we got there on their wedding day, there was unexpected construction there!

Luckily, the place was very close to Hardware Grill; though Hardware Grill is known for being a high quality restaurant that offers creative prairie flavors & French influenced meals, their premises are also gorgeous. Adrian & I asked the staff there for permission to take some photographs. They explained politely that it was their busiest time so would appreciate it if we were quick. Sarah & Ben were just around the corner so we got them to come in and within 5 minutes, we got these beautiful images for them. We thanked Hardware Grill for being so accommodating of the last minute request. Thanks again to Hardware Grill!
